About ROCACP

We are a family strengthening organization that provides empowerment, rehabilitative and supportive services to those who are looking for preventative services along with those who are experiencing impairments caused by lack of resources, social conflict, substance, mental, physical, emotional abuse and daily stress.

We are located in Northeast Baltimore; however, we service Baltimore City and surrounding areas. ROCACP is a not for profit 501(c)(3) organization.

Our Mission

Reclaiming Our Children And Community Project, Inc. intent is to motivate and assist those children, youth and families who exist in impoverished situations to develop positive healthy life skills and social skills in order to reclaim life.

Our Purpose

Our purpose and focus is on prevention and intervention of social, environmental and spiritual conflict so one may avoid obstacles by making the right choice through positive decision making.

Our Vision

Our goal is to provide age, culturally and eclectic appropriate services to all individuals that will result in an individual living life to their optimal ability in multiple life domains (home, community, school, work and social setting).

Human Development

ROCACP believes that ongoing training in diverse treatment modalities allows our staff to be elite, eclectic, and competent Behavior Health workers. 

Quality Service Delivery

Our staff are professional behavior health advocates that take the time to listen, identify, and join the consumer in their phase of life to aid in alleviating any impairments that interfere with our consumers’ living life to their optimal Ability!

Outcome-Driven Goal Attainment

ROCACP bases our success on the attainment of goals desired by the consumer. Services are intentional, direct, and associated with the consumers’ treatment/rehabilitation plan.
